Learner access ends on the last day of the term. Staff keep read and export access for 30 days, so the roster, the files and the PDFs can all be taken out. A renewal proposal arrives 60 days before the end date.
An instructor does not rewrite the grader, and does not need to: the estimate is evidence, not a verdict. What an instructor does is record their own verdict on the file, with a note, and that is what the report prints beside the estimate.
A seat carries one active learner at a time and can be reassigned up to three times in a licence year. Releasing a learner frees the seat immediately and ends staff access to that file. The former learner stays on the roster as history.
Yes. The account stays, on the free plan, with the practice history intact. What ends is the organisation access and the staff visibility.
The pilot covers up to 10 learners for 90 days, which is usually the right shape for a small caseload. If you need something smaller on an ongoing basis, ask in the form and we will size it.
Same day. We create the organisation, invite your admin, and your admin invites learners by email or hands out the join code. There is nothing to install and no integration work.
The speaking grader works from the official criteria, which measure task coverage, fluency, range and accuracy, not the sound of a regional accent. Every session has a transcript your staff can read to see exactly what was said and how it was scored.
Yes, for learners: practice, writing and speaking all run in a mobile browser. The staff dashboard is usable on a phone and comfortable on a laptop.
Yes. Learners can use the site in English or in French, and the graded feedback is written in French either way. The staff interface is English for now.
