What are credits and what do they cover?
Credits power AI-graded features: writing feedback, speaking evaluations, and live speaking conversation minutes. Reading, listening, dictation, and mock exams do not use credits.
How many credits do I get?
Starter = 40 credits, Exam Prep = 120 credits, Full Access = 400 credits, Lifetime = 600 credits. Credits never expire and stay in your account even after a time-limited plan ends.
What if I run out of credits?
