In Bhopal, Alliance Française de Bhopal at B-75 Shahpura runs both Canadian exams: the TCF Canada on paper and the TEF Canada as the e-TEF, on computer, each listed at ₹26,000. At our check on 29 September 2026 every sitting to the end of 2026 was sold out or closed, and the open dates were in 2027: nine TCF Canada sittings from 15 January to 25 March and three TEF Canada sittings on 7 January, 4 February and 4 March. Registration closes one month before each exam, so that is your real deadline.

Book early, because sold out dates disappear. The centre sells each sitting as a separate product in its online shop, and a date that sells out is removed from the shop rather than marked full. At our check on 29 September 2026 every sitting from October to December was out of stock, and the open dates ran from January to March 2027.
Sessions are small. Alliance Française de Bhopal offers 16 seats per TCF Canada session and 10 per TEF Canada session, first come, first served. When a TCF Canada session is full, the centre points candidates to a waitlist form.
The two exams are taken differently. The TCF Canada here is the pen and paper version, while the TEF Canada is the e-TEF, taken on computer. All sessions are held at the Bhopal centre on B-75 Shahpura, even though the Alliance also has an office in Indore.
Registration closes one month before the exam. You buy the session online with the registration form and the fee, then send a scanned copy of your photo ID, such as your passport or Aadhaar card. On the day, arrive one hour early with the original ID and a pen. The fee is not refunded.
Check the retake gap with the centre. France Éducation international and Le français des affaires set a 20-day minimum between two sittings, but Alliance Française de Bhopal asks for one month between two TCF or TEF sessions, so confirm with the centre before you book a retake.
The two results arrive on different clocks. Le français des affaires sends TEF Canada results within 1 to 10 working days, while Alliance Française de Bhopal quotes 4 to 8 weeks for the TCF Canada certificate. TCF re-marking is suspended for sessions from 1 September 2026 until fall 2027.
How to book the TCF or TEF exam in Bhopal

Choose the exam. IRCC accepts both the TCF Canada and the TEF Canada for Express Entry and citizenship. In Bhopal the TCF Canada is on paper and the TEF Canada is on computer, at the same fee.

Open the TCF Canada or TEF Canada registration page in the Alliance Française de Bhopal shop. Each date is its own product, with the seats left and the ₹26,000 fee.

Pick a date at least one month away, since registration closes one month before the exam, then fill in the registration form and pay.

Send the centre a scanned copy of your photo ID, such as your passport or Aadhaar card, and keep the original for exam day.

If the date you want is gone, join the TCF Canada waitlist or take the next date. For a retake, check the gap with the centre first, because its pages ask for one month between two sessions.
